Sunny Sunday.....but c-c-cold!

  • Prayer request or Praise: My aunt Lois. She has orig. been diagnosed with stomach cancer. It has spread to her lungs and now she is being treated for pneumonia.
  • Kid~N~Kritter Kuties: Yesterday I was singing "Lord, Listen to Your CHildren praying." Ty kept bugging me to stop singing because I was disturbing his play. I told him that maybe he just needs to pray.So he gets down on his knees and says, "Lord, please make her stop singing! PLEASE!"

Night Of The Arts

The first is a photo of Nicole singing a duet.  First, the photo is not good.   I guess I still need to experiment with my camera to get the indoor pics in big rooms.  Nicole had already sandg two solos and suddenly at the end the teacher announced that Nicole and a boy were singing a duet which Nicole did not know was going to happen.I don't care for the dress but the teacher told her to wear it.

The second photo is of her cup stacking.  SHe also had her 5th and 6th graders to the left(out of the photo) that hse has been teaching after school.

Flag Football

Today was the first day of flag football.  Lexi was also supposed to be playing soccer but we chose to let her home to allow her hand to heal.  Tyler's team is in white shirts and he has dark blue pants with a lighter blue stripe.

I can't wait for it to get warmer.  It was so cold sitting out there watching the game.

And horrrors of horros.  Last night I discovered I lost my wedding band.   It has always been a little loose but, since I lost some weight, it's been REALLY loose.  I used to use my diamond ring to help hold it on but the diamond had fallen off a few years back and so I've been wearing other rings off and on.  However, I kept having to remove them because I get allergies to metals and they make my skin sore.  Anyway, I noticed last evening it was not on my finger.  We will have to order new ones because Norm would like a larger one anyway.  He thought it was funny that I am the one "in trouble".   Well, that's okay, Norm.  The Fed Ex guy didn't like to see the ring anyway!
