On Tuesday and Wednesday my husband's fire company visited my daughter, Lexi's, preschool.  Here is a pic of Norm demonstrating their gear they use.

Tomorrow Lexi is supposed to dress like like a community helper for preschool.  Guess who wanted to be a firefighter.  So I used her khaki pants, borrowed Ty's one shirt and Nicole's khaki shirt to use as a coat and used black elastic for the suspenders.  I also used tape for the striping.  Lexi also noticed the firefighters all had a number on the back of their gear so she asked for that too.  Can't wait to see the teacher's expression!
