On Thursday Tyler's class was scheduled to make the long bus trip to the Philadelphia Zoo. Norm was to go along as a chaperone. On Wednesday I got a call from the school nurse. Tyler had poison Ivy all over his face! I took him to the doctor and was surprised to only get an antihistamine. I had Ty wear his old baseball cap to the zoo to keep the sun off his face... although it turned out to be cloudy and rainy anyway.
Tyler's class was told they had to each do a report on an animal they saw at the zoo so my boy who loves dogs picked the Wild Dog.

Today Lexi went to a birthday party at a salon and came out looking like this. I didn't recognise her right away! I tried teaching her "Goodship Lollipop" and she giggled and asked me where I heard that song. Thanks for dating me, Lexi!
